Once again the people of Woodwards are looking forward to our return and they offered us a rate of $119.00, which is $1 more than last year. They have a meal plan which is $32.00 per person and includes dinner and breakfast. If any of you had this last year, it really is a great deal. The prime rib was awesome and they even offered lobster.
20 rooms are reserved. When making reservations,
use the code NEMC. Anyone at the front desk can help you. They REQUIRE full payment when making the reservation. That is their policy so we have to deal with it. If opting for the meal plan, that is paid for at check-in.

The Royalty Inn has quoted us a rate of $94 per night for single queen room (10 rooms available) and $103 for double queen room (40 rooms available). We reserved 50 rooms and they will not charge your credit card until the day of your arrival.
