Cluster lights

Just wondering if it's possible to change the lights in the cluster without doing any soldering? I was looking at it last night and I'd like it to be a closer match to the display on the nav. Any thoughts?

The light in the cluster is changed with a different colored gel behind the face no soldering. However all the other lights in the car/dash have to Bo soldered

I just don't feel they're bright enough. I don't want to change the color, just want to make them more white than they are currently.

The lights in the cluster are regular bound I guess u could change them out to a brighter led?

i know you're probably talking about the color of the leds for the nav buttons
but i can show you how to change the color of your nav lol

logic sense... your not going to be able to match them if your adding gel seeing that adding a layer would normally darken an object

But if you need help i'm willing ;)

Not talking about the color of the nav buttons at all. I'm talking about making the lights behind my speedo cluster brighter, like the nave screen itself. The gauges just seem too dim when compared to the nav screen.

why dont you just dim your nav screen then?
